All recordings, audio, video, and associated materials within this archive are the cultural and intellectual property of the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate. These materials are protected under tribal law, including the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate Research Code (Chapter 77), and are governed by the authority of the Tribe.

This archive is provided as a restricted educational resource. Access is granted only to authorized users. This system does not grant ownership, intellectual property rights, or permission for redistribution.

By accessing this archive, users agree to the following conditions:

• Material may be used solely for language learning, teaching, and cultural preservation.

Unauthorized use may result in removal of access and may be subject to further action under applicable tribal law.
